Update Your EZPay Information

Payment Authorization Form

We recently upgraded our system which will allow you to make payments and update your EZPay credit card information on the member portal. We will continue to run EZPay on the 15th of each month, however due to this upgrade we will need to update all Payment information on file.


To clarify further, we will need every member currently set up with EZPay to update their information by April 15, 2024, as your current information will not be saved through this transition. Please complete the Payment Authorization form linked below and return it to the Club, email, or contact our accounting office to make these changes. You may also update your EZPay options on the member portal.


Updating EZPay information or making Online Payments is easy using Member Portal



1.     Log in to your Sonterra app or the member login at www.clubatsonterra.com > select Club Life > select Member Portal. If you have never created a member login, please contact Accounting or Membership office and we will gladly send you an invite link.


2.     To enroll in EZPay , go to MY PROFILE > select > PAYMENT ON FILE. *You must DELETE your current information stored then ADD/UPDATE your EZPAY.


3.     For One-Time Payment (store your credit card for future one-time payments) go to STATEMENTS > choose the correct statement for you balance > click MAKE A PAYMENT.
